The work created by Hults Photography, during the photoshoot, constitutes the copyrighted work of Hults Photography. The work at all times shall remain the property of Hults Photography. Client may not sell, reproduce, nor authorize the sale or reproduction of any portion of the work without the written consent of Hults Photography. Also, the client may not creatively edit the work (including cropping, filters etc). It is standard policy that RAW images remain the property of Hults Photography. Full-resolution images will be provided to client for non-commercial purposes, such as printing, electronic messaging, exchange with friends and family, or display online.

Post production and editing:
The final post production and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of Hults Photography.
